RETURNS

We do not accept returns. However if the item you received is not as described or is faulty (and has not been worn since leaving our business) then we can offer an exchange or credit note. 

 

Please note that credit notes are valid for 6 months and can not be used in conjunction with any other offers.

Do you provide International delivery?

 

Yes we do, just select International Shipping when purchasing. 

 

How do I return an item?

 

We don't accept returns, however if there is an agreement we will provide the correct address and process to take.

How do I track my order?

 

We will send you your tracking number once it has been sent.

 

How can I contact your couriers?

 

At the moment we are not using our courier and are using Royal Mail. You will be provided with the tracking number once it has been sent. However, if you have any questions, queries or worries then let us know via email admin@scripttoscreen.co.uk.

 

What are your delivery options?

 

At the moment we are posting all purchased via Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded.
